No compensation for all that excessive overtime. You’re made to feel guilty if you ask to take an occasional extra day off that you know you deserve Expectations that you will work on holidays and most weekends. No time for family or friends. Being blamed or harassed for inventory and other problems outside your control. Difficult relationships with your unionized staff because they have rights you do not have and you cannot put the same unreasonable pressures on them that are being put on you. No job security.
