This survey is for UFCW Local 1000A members who work at Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstores and Loblaw Great Food stores. For members who work elsewhere, similar surveys are being developed. Watch this site for updates as new workplace surveys become available.

2010 will be the 4th year the union has sold these calendars to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. All money raised goes towards funding Canadian research into the treatment and cure of these diseases.
These calendars sell for $20. But we're awarding survey participants 5 FREE calendars per week up to and including the week of February 14, 2010. All calendar purchasers and recipients are put in a daily draw throughout 2010 for cash prizes of $50, $100, $200 or even $500. If you win, your name goes back into the draw, which means you can win more than once. Winners are posted weekly here.
